English Teacher and lecturer

Initially my career started as an Engineer, specialising in Mechanical and Production Engineering. At the age of 22 I decided to make a change in order to do the things that I really wanted to do!
My business career started in vehicle sales, I was rapidly promoted to Sales Manager, Business Manager, General Manager and then to Director by the time I was 30 years old!
After that I built my own company called JTC where I concentrated on both Business and Education as a specialist. It was for me a dream come true to help and make a big and lasting impression in both of these fields.
One of my real specialties is to take a business and instigate a plan to make it more successful. Particularly in the Automotive Retailing sphere which I really enjoy.
I started a Business in Egypt and lived between there and the UK for 6 years, plus I have worked in other countries.

My path in English is extensive, but as a teacher and lecturer really started properly in 2009 and has continued to this day.
I instigated a program called “Ambition and Aspiration” which I taught all over the UK. Very much focused on English and what you can do with your life.
Achievements include helping children and adults with so called disabilities to pass their National Exams
Lecturing and teaching at very high level Universities, Schools and Colleges including;
Cheltenham Ladies College, JFS London, Newcastle University, Barnardiston Preparatory School, Portsmouth University, Luton university, Riversides School Worcester and many more.
But probably my biggest achievement was being asked by Prince Philip, Queen Elizabeth II husband to attend the Palace and give a speech/presentation and hand out the Gold Achievement Awards to the winners in his special Princes Trust.
I have prepared and taught students to pass their National Exams in the UK and Russia
Plus I am very experienced in IELTS, Dualingo and specialist exams for Business, Engineering and Retail

I like to work with adults and teenagers from 12 onwards as I find I can make a bigger impact and impression
I have travelled all over the world and have visited everywhere I wanted to other than one, which is to sail up the Amazon River, so I have been very fortunate.
Biggest achievement was climbing the Great Pyramid in Giza!! It’s a story amongst many others I can tell you about another time!!
In my life I have always worked hard and strived to be the best version of myself
I have worked and studied both in pure academic terms and environments, but for me my diverse and extensive Business background has been the foundation of my success. Put simply, without it I would not have been able to achieve the things that I really wanted to achieve.
In addition it has enabled me to have taught, coached and Directed for many years in this field…... I love it!!
I have many passions and interests which include;

Writing and literature
Travelling
History
Art….I have visited galleries and museums all over the world
Music ……all genres…..I have just been to see a “string” concert of Queen music!!
I play the Drums and if I visit anywhere with a drum kit….there is no stopping me!!
Fitness and health…..I love running……STILL!!
My biggest passion is people and helping them achieve their dreams and goals, and……being the very best that you can be!!!
